Portrait of an expressionless girl

I got another one started that I am excited about....found this stock photo recently on http://www.gettyimages.com/ and I love her cute little face.  I had to start with the face versus working from the outside.  Major no no but I feel like if I can get those eyes, the rest will just come together.  I'm off to a good start.
